The Space:

🌴 Your Backyard, Your Vacation

Start with coffee by the pool, spend the afternoon competing at mini golf, and end the day with a movie under the stars. Paradiso’s backyard gives your group plenty of reasons to spend time together at home.



Enjoy your private swimming pool, sun loungers, and inflatable pool toys. Challenge friends to giant chess, cornhole, or the axe-throwing target set. Fire up the gas BBQ for dinner, then gather around the fire pit as evening arrives. A fenced perimeter and dense tropical landscaping create a secluded setting for your Miami getaway.



🎬 Outdoor Movie Nights

Bring everyone together for a movie on the large outdoor screen, with comfortable seating for a relaxed evening beneath the stars.



The projector must be requested at least 48 hours before arrival. A $500 refundable deposit is required and returned when the equipment is received in its original condition.

With 3,000 square feet and open-concept living spaces, Paradiso offers room to gather and space to unwind. Settle into the generous sectional, stream your favorites on the 75-inch smart TV, or catch up after exploring Miami.

Prepare breakfast before heading out or enjoy a relaxed dinner at home. The upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and cookware, utensils, and dinnerware for your stay.



The indoor dining table seats six, with a separate outdoor table seating four.



🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements

Two ensuite king bedrooms offer added privacy and convenience, while queen and twin beds give your group flexible sleeping options.



• Bedroom 1: King bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 2: King bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed and smart TV.

• Bedroom 4: Two twin beds and smart TV.

• Den sleeping area: Two queen beds.



Optional foldable beds are available upon request at least 24 hours before arrival. Maximum occupancy is 14 guests.



🚿 Three Full Bathrooms & One Half Bath

The primary ensuite features a double vanity, wet-room shower, and soaking tub. The second ensuite has a private shower, while a third full bathroom serves the remaining rooms. A half bath is located in the den.

• Pool care: Skimmed before arrival and professionally serviced on Wednesdays.

• Landscaping: Routine maintenance takes place on Thursdays.

• Outdoor areas must be quiet after 10 p.m.

• Smoking indoors is prohibited. House-rule violations may incur fines of up to $750.



Special-occasion getaways are welcome for registered guests within the approved occupancy limit. Parties or events involving unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

Villa Paradiso is in Biscayne Park, a quiet, tree-lined village in northeast Miami. The beaches of Bal Harbour and Haulover, Bal Harbour Shops, and Aventura Mall are a short drive away, and the Design District, Wynwood, and Downtown Miami are within easy reach for dining and nightlife.



Getting Around:

Free driveway parking is available for up to 5 vehicles. Without a car, Uber or Lyft is the easiest way to get around.
