« 10/10 stay. Came for my 30th birthday with 14 friends. The house was just as it was listed. Beautiful architecture and interior design. Everything was in close distance either Downtown Miami or South Beach. We attended local music events and it was easy to get to all the main clubs. House is exactly like listed, and communication by host was great. »

« House was perfect for my large family. There was lots of entertainment in the backyard with a fire pit, basketball court, swimming pool, and green for putt putt or soccer. We enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion is that more wash clothes be provided. There were only 2 in each restroom. »

« I was very pleased with my stay. The house is very spacious and in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen was equipped with enough utensils and spices for our stay. TVs everywhere even outside. The pool wasn't heated like I requested but it still allowed us to enjoy the outside space. Look no further this is where you wanna be!!! »

« The host never contacted us with information on the property so as check in approached I sent a message requesting details on access to the property. I got no response. I reached out to Vrbo directly, they also tried to call the host and were not able to reach Sofia. We had to last minute book three hotel rooms nearby which was a big inconvenience as we had booked two houses right nearby each other for our team that was traveling together. Kind of defeated the purpose of booking houses vs hotel...

« We appreciated the host allowing a Rehearsal Dinner party for our family on site. The house was perfect for the event. The kitchen was awesome. The amenities were appreciated. Layout of living room was great for everyone to sit and talk. The backyard porch prevented rain from interfering with our party. The extra room having a separate kitchen was great for our daughter who has dietary restrictions. We would highly recommend this home. »

« We traveled to Miami for our wedding with our children and grandchildren and this house was absolutely perfect. The outside amenities were amazing, the inside was clean and bright. The kitchens had all of the necessary items needed for our chef to prepare amazing meals. We all enjoyed the large pool and pool bar, as well as the sports court, trampoline, and play sets for the kids. The outside kitchen and seating area was such a beautiful space to enjoy dinners with the whole family. Nani...

« It was really overall a nice place ! A few quirks ( upstairs widows don’t open) but being on the canal is amazing ) The house is great !!! Clean - host is very responsive ! One major problem is that the airport is close and airplanes fly over the house every ten minutes to 14 minutes and it gets very noisy
