« Nice and clean. Easy to check in.. 2 blocks from the beach and plenty of shops and authentic food in walking distance... We didn't need a rental car because this place is so close to the premier places to be in South Beach. This place has a Pennsylvania Ave address but it's literally a step from Washington. I plan to stay here again if I got to Miami Beach!! »

« Our family of 4 had a great stay! Clean and located in an area with lots of conveniences nearby. Check in/out went smoothly and the owner was quick to respond when contacted. Some things to be aware of are large upfront cost for the damage deposit, the kitchen was not well equipped beyond the basics (only had a single frying pan, no other pots and no cooking utensils - but it’s ok if you don’t plan to do any cooking), and only a singe fob was provided.
