« We just loved our stay here. It was a perfect place for what we needed. My young niece loved the mini horses and it was cool having chickens come visit us on the deck. Kelsey was so nice and accommodating when I got stuck at the airport for 14+ hours and couldn’t get there until the next day. Highly recommended if yiu love country living. »

« My two friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend away. The room was sizable and comfortable. Seriously one if the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in for a rental. Had room for an air mattress. Very clean and great location! In between Suttons Bay and Traverse City. Easy check in and out. Will stay here again! »

« We were looking for a short getaway and Frankenmuth did not disappoint! These hosts were very responsive and made our trip so smooth! The fenced in yard was perfect for our fur baby. This place was super close to town and there was a ton of fun things to do from driving around to see the lights to eating at the local restaurants. Will absolutely be coming back and staying here! »

« Our recent stay at Host El's cottage couldn't have been any sweeter - from our initial communication with her via email/text to getting a tour of the place upon our arrival, every corner was a sign that the property was deeply cared for; original 1940's fixtures in the home with eclectic art, plants, picturesque patio chairs facing the nearby Hutchins Lake and it's subsequent sunsets, plus personal touches all over made what otherwise was a too-fast weekend getaway feel all the more like home....

« The property was a very old, well maintained farm house with as much as possible preserved from the past eras. We loved it!! When we first got there it was quite warm, due to some 90+* days prior. Thats when we discovered it was not air conditioned, however, there were fans for every room, and opening the windows cooled it down quickly. Even my grandsons loved the house, and playing in the nice big yard. It is VERY well located,close to Ontonagon, beaches, Porcupine Mtns, waterfalls etc...

« We are a family of five two dogs. This house was an amazing stay. Spotless, well appointed and good for a long-term stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. « We absolutely loved staying here for the weekend. It was a quick drive to Suttons Bay, but so nice to be a little bit away from town. The grounds are beautiful with all the grape vines & we enjoyed seeing the cows each morning. The home itself was perfect, every room had its own style to it and was extremely clean. We had so much fun! If I got the opportunity to come here again I would absolutely stay here. »
