« Air Conditioning was working excellent; lake view was amazing. the only thing is the sheets and pillow case. they were dirty (like old rusting metal that was wash with it). I asked for it be changes but it was not until I met the housekeeping supervisor Romona. she was excellent and got my pillowcases and bed sheets change immediately. « I give this location 2 stars. The GM was very rude when I politely asked if we could check in early. Not the standard, I’m sorry but your room isn’t available yet. Just a brush off like he couldn’t be bothered. Booked through Expedia, the hotel charged me 5.99 for “Data Service” after the trip, but no mention when I checked in. »

« The room had mold underneath the sink. The wood was rotting. The picture frames were cracked and falling apart. The room was clean. That’s about all very disappointed. Had to get a different room that night. And the other room, the toilet paper thing was falling off the wall, and there were some wires underneath the heater old telephone wires that were bare wires not safe at all. »

« Staff were not always helpful and had difficulty communicating. The rooms were VERY disheveled and had physical damage (my room's secondary locks were physically damaged and did not fully engage). There were literally roaches in the bathroom. And on top of that, the staff tried to charge me AGAIN after I already paid through Hotels.com, quoting that they "could not find my reservation" even after showing them the confirmation pages on both Hotels.com and from their own organization. « The staffs grandmother was exceptionally rude and I caught the staff looking through the vent in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Also my wife and I were experiencing some car trouble and we called to let them know we were running a little late that we were planning on staying I just had to get the car to fixed and we would be on the way. The staff charged us a late fee even though we had planned on staying. We paid the late fee and got our belongings and got a room somewhere else due to...

« Tout est sale puanteur..un édifice à détruire le bain ,les rideaux ..j’ai eu peur aux infestations..je n’ai pas osé déposer mes bagages sur le plancher..Nous avons dormi dans notre V R de peur de infester nos bagages . Nous avons utilisé le stationnement pour dormir dans le véhicule.. je ne comprends pas vous êtes associé à cet établissement.c’est à ne rien comprendre ! »
