« We did not enjoy our stay at this guest house and ultimately left one night early. Our “superior lakeview suite” did not have any view of a lake, but the neighbors house and the street view. I’m unsure how they have been able to get away with calling this bedroom a “lakeview” and i’m even more confused by other reviews saying how beautiful the view was. « Loved the quietness. Very relaxing and close to the Ticonderoga ferry on Lake Champlain on the Vermont side. The owners are very nice. Serves a fabulous breakfast every morning. Has a bar on property as it is a pub and offers food only Thursday to Sunday for an extra cost for those staying at the Inn and some locals in the area. « We had a wonderful stay at the Old Lantern Inn in Charlotte VT. Our room was large with a king and a twin bed and views of Lake Champlain. The inn was very quiet and clean. We can’t say enough about the innkeeper Lisa; she went above and beyond to ensure that not only were our needs met, but our expectations exceeded. Continental breakfast is modest but tasty.
