„Alt und ungepflegt “

„Nice room and straightforward checking in. Good value if you are on a budget. Small bedroom and bathroom but good well equipped shared kitchen with all facilities including washing machine with line and pegs outside if needed.“

„We were on the Cleveland Way and the Kings Head es our resting place after a long adventurous walk. A very nice Spot, friendly staff. Thank you “

„The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room we received was very comfortable and clean. Parking was available near the hotel.“

„The lady on reception last night was lovely. Showed us round the facilities and to my room. Bedroom was clean and tidy. Was going for an operation so want able to do breakfast but I’d definitely book again and bring my girls. The hotel was a lovely old manor style house with all its features.“

„The room had everything we needed, but a microwave would have been a bonus. There was a little kitchenette area with a kettle and a fridge and breakfast items for a continental type breakfast. Some of the cereal packets were out of date and the cereal bowls had dried cereal stuck to them. There was a table and four chairs and a settee and a TV in the room.“

„Check in supposed to be 4pm and still trying to contact landlord at 4.30pm to gain access. Smoke detector off wall and sat on stairs, leaky radiator with a glass under to catch drips, damaged flooring. Dirty throughout. Not good.“

„Spot on“
