« The address listed is not correct. Elevators didn’t work. Rooms smelled disgusting. The room was not cleaned at all ! Walking to our room they just had a dog running loose in the hallways. Asked for another room and it was also disgusting. Everything is rusted down to the bath tub. Parking lot was filled with men drinking and peeing outside of the building. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE‼️ »

« The pool doesnt open until 5pm, so that really sucks for guests with children who are there to use the pool. The staff was very rude and did not explain certain things to us because they didnt take the time to find a staff member to explain things in English as we do not speak Spanish. The pool was out of control and the life guards did nothing about it. The assistant manager told us that she would make us leave if we didnt pay our room charges even though we had already booked and paid for...

« Nice room. Clean. Nice property. Good value. I arrived late in night (2:15 am) and although I had called ahead to tell them and they said no problem, no one was at the desk. I did not get into my room until 3 am. »

« Il a été très difficile de trouver l'hôtel, l'adresse donnée étant inconnue du gps. Les chambres sont extrèmement confortables mais nous avons eu toute la nuit du bruit dans les couloirs, ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel mais c'est très bruyant à l'intérieur. Le petit déjeuner est varié. »

Chambre très confortable.Pour ce qui est du check-in, les personnes au bureau n'avaient pas le sourire facile mais ça a quand même bien été.Dans notre chambre, le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas complètement. Il faudrait réparer. Le déjeuner très basique. »
