„The house is a great meeting place for a large family. The courtyard was great for the kids because it’s completely fenced in. They enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the guest house does not have a full bathroom and the house is a little rundown. Other than that, Our family enjoyed our stay.“

„Since we planned to utilize the yard area, we found it a little disappointing, mainly needed a little more upkeep. Patio was covered with leaves and dirt, as was the table there as well, which could easily been improved with a little cleaning. There were also plastic bottles, papers, pieces of aluminum foil, forks and broken glass strewed around the yard. Also backyard gate only had part of the lock attached; so couldn’t be locked. It was lovely and in a newer, upscale neighborhood. He responded instantly the few times I needed to be in touch, and always happily helped. „Everything was just like advertised. Host east very polite and responsive. Would highly recommend.“

„The house is spacious and stays very cool which was a plus because it gets hot during the day. The beds are very comfortable and we got a good night sleep (1st night). There is a dog or dogs next door that barked all night on our last night which interrupted our sleep. in the kitchen there were small roaches crawling around the sink area and on the coffee pot. Therefore, I didn’t want to utilize anything in the kitchen.“

It was nice to just see it out the window and we did sit out there a few times. The living room was large enough for us to all sit and watch TV. We only watched the one in the living room but there were a lot of TVs (6 I think!) Lots of windows which was nice. The location was great!
