„Although you can’t access the river from the property, the sound of the running water is soothing. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Super clean home. All the necessary amenities. Navigating the switchbacks of the driveway were challenging at night but that was my own fault for arriving late. I had some problems accessing the check in information link because apparently VRBO disables links. I never WAS able to access the link but the host was immediately responsive to any questions/ issues ...

The location was great for heading into Yosemite (closer to an hour drive but not a big deal) the drive is gorgeous. The owners were fantastic: responsive, kind, and genuinely caring hosts. „we have stayed 4 nights and could stay longer if we had a time. The challet is in a great location, less than an hour from Yosemite valley, Hetch Hetchy dam or Sonora, but in a very quite location at the end of a road. You can get there easily, just go to the end of paved Hells Hollow road and then keep straight on the dirt road until you reach 2111 and the gate. Just drive very slowly on the dirt road especially at the times when is so dry and hot like now as driving fast gets a lot of dust in ...
