Welcome to our exquisite 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa nestled in the heart of El Faro(Mijas), where luxury meets coastal charm. Experience a getaway like no other with our thoughtfully designed space, boasting stylish modern interiors.

As you step into our villa, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living area adorned with contemporary furnishings, creating an atmosphere of comfort and sophistication.
When you enter you will find the livingroom area with open layout to the kitchen and the dining room. You have also access from there to the outside area. As you continue you will find 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The main bedroom has en suite bathroom. The outside area consist of an outside dining area where you will also find a gym area, then you get to the garden where you can enjoy the swimmingpool, sunbeds and the grass area for football, ping pong and a trampoline :) You have also space to park 2 cars inside the fenced gate. The upper level features a bedroom, 1 full bathroom, 1 toilet, living room, and a terrace where you can enjoy the stunning sea views.

1. Please be quiet from 10pm to 8 am
2. No smoking, no drugs. Smoking only outside
3. Please keep the outside area and front of the house clean and respect neighbours
4. Please remove your shoes in the house
5. No pets allowed
6. Always turn off airconditioner and keep windows closed when not home
7. Always keep the house door locked when leaving, leaving the door unlocked is a security risk!
8. Please note that we don’t take responsibility for your belongings left in the apartment.
9. In case you notice any problems, please report it to us
10. Before your arrival, we will ask for passport copies of everyone and to fill out some other information, also for you to sign a contract. We need that by law for the government.
