The kitchen is very well equipped with induction stove & an oven, microwave, refrigerator with a freezer, dishwasher, moccamaster coffee maker, toaster, jucier, kettle, airfryer, mixers, waffle iron, electric weber grill (for balcony outside use), washing machine, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils.Including:Ip Tv - Spanish & International channelsParking place Wi-Fi Central heating and air conditioning . A mandatory online check-in is required under Spanish law. The minimum age to book is 25, and parties are strictly prohibited. Only families and couples. Please be informed that a security deposit may be required; this payment will be reimbursed no later than seven days following your departure.



Check-in time is from 15:00 to 03:00 (with a late check in fee for arrivals after 19.00) and must be done in person as this is a gated community. A late check-in fee will apply for arrivals outside this timeframe. Please contact us in advance if you require a late check-in.



Bookings in this property are only available to guests aged 25 and above.

Smoking is not allowed.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00



💄👟 Please Be Kind to Our Towels! 🤍



Our towels love drying guests after a refreshing shower... but they're not designed for removing makeup or cleaning shoes! 😊



Please help us keep them fresh and fluffy by avoiding using them for makeup removal or shoe cleaning.



Unfortunately, makeup stains and shoe marks often cannot be removed during laundering. Towels that are permanently damaged have to be replaced, and the cost of replacement may be charged to guests.

The pool is open seasonally from mid-April until 1 October. Dates may vary due to government restrictions.



🕙 Daily Opening Hours: 10:00 to 22:00

Outside these hours, nothing should be left in the pool area.



The pool remains closed outside of the regular season.
