The heart of the apartment is the spacious living area, where the kitchen, dining space and lounge flow naturally into one another. The modern kitchen is arranged around a large island and comes fully equipped for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a relaxed dinner at home. Beside it, a comfortable sofa and Smart TV create an inviting place to unwind.



The apartment has two separate double bedrooms, each with its own colours and personality. Both offer a calm, private setting, making the home particularly suitable for families, two couples or colleagues travelling together.



The bathroom features a generous shower, while the private balcony offers an outdoor corner where guests can enjoy the open outlook and a quiet break from the city.



Located on the top floor, the apartment feels bright and pleasantly removed from the bustle of Milan while remaining well connected to its main attractions.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Cenni is located in a peaceful residential part of north-west Milan, offering a quieter atmosphere than the historic centre without leaving the city’s attractions out of reach.



The area combines everyday convenience with plenty of breathing space. Local cafés, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and neighbourhood restaurants can all be found nearby, while Monte Stella and the surrounding parks provide welcome opportunities for a walk, a run or some time outdoors.



CityLife, MiCo, San Siro and Milan’s exhibition districts are all within easy reach, making the location practical for both leisure and business stays. After a day exploring the city, the neighbourhood offers a more relaxed and authentically residential side of Milan.



Getting Around:

The M1 red metro line is within walking distance and offers direct connections towards the Duomo, Cadorna and the city centre, as well as Rho Fiera in the opposite direction. CityLife, MiCo and San Siro can also be reached conveniently by public transport.



Several bus routes serve the surrounding area, providing additional connections across Milan. Guests arriving by train can travel easily from Milano Centrale or Cadorna, while the city’s airports are accessible through Milan’s public transport network and airport rail services.



The area is also convenient for guests travelling by car, with good access to the main roads and Milan’s ring-road system. Street parking may be available nearby in both free and paid spaces, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
