Monsieur Romain Nous vous remercions d’avoir séjourné à l’Hôtel Double Tree By Hilton Milan Malpensa et nous apprécions le temps dédié pour partager vos impressions et commentaires.À propos du sujet colonne de recharge , comme il est bien spécifié et mentionné sur la page de l’hôtel , notre établissement possède deux colonnes pour la recharge electrique : Une pour Tesla et l’autre pour les autres marques de Voitures électriques exclusivement à titre gratuit que les Hôtel voisins n’ont pas. Je tiens à souligner que les deux colonnes sont mises à disposition des clients qui les gèrent et les utilisent à titre gratuit et en mode autonome.Concernant la chambre décrite froide et douche sale , je suis très désolé pour cette incidence, mais avec une communication immédiate à la réception pendant votre séjours on a pu vous trouver une solution meilleure.Votre avis compte beaucoup pour nous et représente toujour une occasion d’améliorer encore la qualité de nos services.Dans l’espoir de vous revoir bientôt, nous vous prions d'agréer l’expression de nos meilleures salutations.
