Right at the beginning, I was trying to get a WhatsApp number but that was not replied until couple of days before my arrival! A staff called me a day before and I was told it will be a problem if we didn’t get to the property before 6:30pm so we took a taxi and it cost £130 to ensure we got to the property on time worrying a member of staff waiting! When we arrived, no one there to hand over a key and I tried to call the WhatsApp number but it didn’t work as there wasn’t a telephone sign to call and the call failed if I called direct, same applied when I logged onto Expedia calling the office number! Originally they asked us to get key from the office and then they said they will send a staff there which I highly appreciated! We were panicking standing outside the building with all our luggage. Then I had no choice but to send an email, it was only that moment I saw an email sent to me at around 18:00 giving me an instructions to locate a keysafe, we were glad at least we found the key but were NOT impressed with the experience. Why can’t they be honest with me at the beginning telling me there will NOT be a staff there and we can find the key ourselves? We could have taken a bus to the Central Station and metro to go to the apartment but instead we found ourselves no choice but to opt for an expensive transport! To top it all, the 2 friends who slept on the sofa bed were bitten by bedbugs so I am sorry but to write this review. I have to say, the location is good.
