Great boutique hotel in central location
Perfect centrally located, quaint boutique modern hotel with all the amenities. Staff, especially Mr. Igor, was very helpful with great restaurant tips. Great value for money! Would recommend.

Designhotel mit kleinen Makeln
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt direkt beim Dom. Der CheckIn lief reibungslos, das gebuchte Zimmer war bereits verfügbar. Leider fehlte eine "Einweisung" ins Hotel. Ich weiss bis jetzt noch nicht wo sich der Fitnessraum befindet. Die auf den Fotos so grossartig dargestellte Bar auf der Terrasse hat man uns erst gezeigt, nachdem ich an der Rezeption das Foto gezeigt habe. Es ist eine Terrasse, ohne Gäste, die Getränke ordert man an der Rezeption. Für ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie und Preisklasse fehlt es an der Liebe zum Detail. Es sind die Kleinigkeiten wie ein loser Wasserhahn, eine Duschtüre die nicht schließt, zerkratze Holzflächen, schiefe Auslässe der Klimaanlage usw. Frühstück empfehle ich in einer der nahegelegen Bars. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, das Hotel hat ein gutes Design, eine gute Lage, es fehlt aber die Atmosphäre bzw. den Kleinigkeiten im Hotel.

Das Hotel war absolut toll, perfekter Service und das Hotelpersonal hilfsbereit, freundliche und sehr nett. Parkgarage mit 45 Euro pro Tag doch sehr überteuert, im Vergleich zu Verona, Florenz oder Venedig.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da die Lage in der Nähe Doms und der Shopping-Strassen hervorragend ist. Die Hotelzimmer sind klein, bieten aber alles , was man an Komfort gewohnt ist.

Das einzig Gute ist die zentrale Lage beim Dom.
Dunkle Zimmer, kaputte Wände, abgefressene Türen, Wasserhahn der klemmt, Klimaanlage die ausser Lärm nichts bringt. Das Frühstück ist nicht inbegriffen. Wir wurden nicht darüber aufgeklärt und haben es erst bei der Abrechnung bemerkt. Dafür, dass man Toastbrot und etwas Müsli gekriegt hat sind 31 EUR pro Person!!!! viel zu teuer und ein Preis den man im Four Season gerne zahlt, nicht aber im "Sina the Grey". Grad neben an ist der McCaffe und eine andere Frückstücksbar, für max 7 EUR pro Person! Für alle Schweizer zum Vergleich: In der Schweiz wäre es ein 3 Sterne Hotel - leider.

Zimmer sind klein, aber schön. Leider ist die Minibar abartig teuer (Wasser 7,50 Eur) und die schöne Terrasse nicht bewirtet. Die Bar im EG hat kein flair / ist nicht besucht. Es ist - da zentral am Dom - recht laut. lage ist ansonsten sehr gut.

Sauberes, stylishes Hotel in bester Lage
Das Hotel liegt einfach perfekt eine Gehminute vom Domplatz entfernt. Trotzdem war es angenehm ruhig. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist modern, es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Als Willkommensgruß gab es einen Früchteteller und Kekse. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

El staff es muy amable pero no es un hotel de 5 estrellas como dicen, parece motel. La regadera no tiene nada de presión, la decoración no es bonita. La ubicación es buena. El gimnasio no está ahí sino en el otro hotel y abre a las 10am, muy tarde si quieres aprovechar el día. Tuve que pagar 50euros por entrar a un gimnasio independiente.

Wonderful location and super convenient. Room was nice and rather large for the area. The hotel is very small, which is nice. My only complaint was the bar was located on my floor and it was very loud.

Great boutique property next to the Duomo. Very easy to walk to many places as well as trams to other areas. Very nice property, very well designed, laid out and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and pleasant throughout and were very helpful with any questions. I don't think you could find a better place to stay while vacationing in Milan. Parking close by if needed.

VERY disappointing, especially for the cost!
Very disappointing and outright strange, it started with a sliding bathroom door that did not lock, clip or even close. It went on when we went to leave the room for dinner the room door did not close OR lock!!! The strike play was broken (see picture) and had to be manipulated to get the door to lock. The doorman had to instruct us in how to get the door to close and lock, a bit tricky! The room was a VERY expensive “family” room for 3 that was the size of a postage stamp, again see photo. On the plus side, the location is incredible, the breakfast buffet was perfectly acceptable. The staff was pleasant and responsive given the intrinsic problems with the room. A 3-4 star hotel that likes to think it is a 5 star, it is NOT.

Location couldn't be better for shopping and sites. Asked for a room upgrade at check-in and got a suite! The breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were wonderful. Not a single complaint here.

The roof top bar is booked for private function most of the time. As hotel guest, I never get the chance to use the facility. Other than that, the hotel is clean, spacious, good service crew, and good location.
