She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. I must say though this is the only place I've stayed where I had to bring bedding, pillows, towels and wash cloths. It was a very different experience for me lol. „Amazing just like every year. This is the place to stay at Rehoboth Beach. We parked the car on Tuesday and didn't see it again until we checked out on Saturday morning. Everything is right there. My family has fallen in love with Jane's Unit and will be returning every summer. The communication from the owner is amazing. Not one bad thing to say in 3 consecutive years other than we've been totally spoiled being steps from the beach! “

„Staying on the main drag is not for everyone - it's noisy and there are bright lights at night. But it was perfect for us. You can see the ocean and the waves breaking just above the dune. You can people watch. Everyone can go where they want without worrying about taking the car. It's a bit shabby but clean, comfortable, and everything works. Lots of room for a family. Easy to get help via text. Lots of beach chairs and towels. Will definitely stay there again if I go back to Rehoboth. “

„Thoughtfully equipped apartment in a huge old house less than 2 blocks from the beach. A/C worked well. Lots of convenient hooks and useful notes from the owners. Loved the small porch and view over the rooftops. The stairs were challenging but sturdy, we used the outdoor stairs almost exclusively. New mattresses would be appreciated. So many shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes’ walk. Very good communication with the owners. “
