Spoke with the staff they were super friendly they just checked in and made sure we were enjoying our stay and made sure we didnt need anything. Very personable. « Fantastic stay! Clean and updated. Lovely helpful staff. Right off Main Street but quiet because of the location. Relaxing to sit on the patio and have a glass of wine. Fun to watch the bears from a distance. We will definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you! »

« The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. « Everything about this place was amazing!! First and foremost Sarah at the front desk was the nicest, helpful most outgoing hotel employee I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is absolutely perfect if staying in Gatlinburg. You can walk to everything near by to skip paying for parking. The rooms were super clean. « Right away, staff were very helpful and nice. The grounds of the hotel were well taken of with visible maintenance cleaning up and keeping the place very nice. Parking was easy, free, and clearly marked. Hotel location was very convenient for going into town. Breakfast was good but do wish there was more variety. We stayed for 5 nights and only the fruit of the day changing but did have other options like scrambled eggs, bagels, cereal, yogurt, etc. »
