Accessible via an external staircase, it leads to a gated balcony where you can unwind in the fresh air, reveling in delightful views across the Avill Valley. As you step in from the balcony, you enter the open plan living/dining room, seamlessly connected to the well-equipped kitchen on the far side. A table and bench nearby allow adults to stay close while watching the fun unfold. Other on-site amenities include a hard tennis court available on a ’turn up and play’ basis, with racquets and balls provided. A large trampoline with protective barrier netting and a football net in the ’play paddock’ offer opportunities for cricket, badminton, kite flying, and more. Please keep dogs on a lead in this area.
