„2pm到达，告知还不能入职，要3点钟以后或者更迟，说会电话联系， 一直到接近6pm才电话联系告诉可以入住。所以对于前台的服务不太满意，不像是高星级酒店的标准。 酒店洗手间的花洒出水效果不佳。 自助早餐，品种也相对较少。“

„I had to pay 50% more for a extra baby bed and when I ask for a hard pillow they refused. The room smell of cigarettes and smoke.“

„A fantastic stay at this Westin property. Clean and comfortable rooms, courteous and helpful staff throughout our visit. The on-site hot spring is a real treat. Great for a calm escape from the city.“

„Amazing modern hotel, one of the best that we have stayed at in recent times. The room was big and well equiped, it even had a washing machine and dryer within the room, which makes things easy to manage and allows you to just focus on your holiday, rather than having to waste time doing errands“

„The room was amazing and was really clean and nice for the stay. The washroom is nice and modern. The pool and gym were both out of service which disappointed me but was still a good hotel. 9/10“

„Very clean hotel, friendly staff“

„Business-Hotel, insbesondere für die Besucher der Unternehmen in der Umgebung. Dafür toll, ansonsten 30 min bis zur City“

„The Grand Mansion is very conveniently located next to the President’s Palace and Six Dynasties Museum. We even got free museum admissions from the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Hotel stuff was very accommodating and helpful. We did not get to use the amenities due to our tight schedule. But the services we used were excellent. Highly recommended.“

„Freundliche Personal, Zimmer immer sauber, Frühstück war gut. Zum Metro gut 15 Minuten zu Fuß.“

„Alles gut“
