This is our third time staying at this property. We love the comfort of the home and the location. Our teens also love the NES system, the pool table, and the gym (all located in the basement). Wes and Misha have been wonderful hosts!

Great space for a group

I live in Minneapolis and when my partner's sister got married, we had a whole bunch of family in town for an extended period of time all the way from India. After looking at all the options on VRBO we went with this property. It was 100% the right move. We had a few folks with mobility challenges so the mostly single-level living was great along with the walk-in showers! They also liked the outdoor spaces to sit and visit with one another. Other pros:- The kitchen was great! This is a group that was very big on cooking and the space was great for many cooks in the kitchen. We loved having two sinks in the kitchen! I cannot say enough good things about the kitchen.- The space photographed darker than it was actually. It is in a shady area, but there were lots of lights inside.- The communication and responsiveness from the owner was great. We communicated that some chairs were in rough shape and they ended up sending new ones right away. We also had an issue with a wasp nest that again the owners helped us to resolve. My partner and I (and his parents) all agreed that we would rent from the owners again the next time they all came into town and we needed the extra space.

We had a great experience at Eco-Retreat! The yard was beautiful and the home felt very clean. It was a great location too--just outside of the cities. There was so much to do around the area!We had space for all 12 people in our group to sleep comfortably. The stovetop was a little tricky to use, but we were able to cook our meals, which saved money on eating out. We loved the toys, books, and games since we traveled with teens and young kids! The treehouse room was so fun! We found little frogs, bunnies, and fireflies out in the yard. We all loved it!We did get a little cold in the basement, so extra blankets would've been nice. But we really loved it there so much! It's somewhere we would definitely recommend!

This place was perfect for our trip! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, which made it super relaxing. Everything was very clean when we arrived, and there were more than enough beds for our whole group to sleep comfortably. The host was great, very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay at a Great House!

Though our stay was short, we really enjoyed our time here! The house was clean, the information booklet about the house was thorough and helpful, and the house felt comfortable and cozy. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely try to book here again! The classic NES was a big hit. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

Wedding Weekend!

We were in town for my sons wedding and the groomsmen in the wedding party and I stayed here to be closer to the venue. ( The Plymouth Community Center) The home had plenty of room for them to get ready on the big day. They enjoyed relaxing, playing cards and the video games in the basement. The backyard was gorgeous!! We had a wonderful time and wonderful weekend. The two fridges in the home were a plus too.

Wedding Weekend

This property worked out perfectly for our family as we gathered in the Twin Cities for a wedding. The house was clean, quiet and well laid out for a group to gather. Our 15 month old grandson was with us and to have a baby gate on the steps leading downstairs made it safe for him too! Having multiple bathrooms made getting ready for the wedding so much easier. Check out was a snap, just a couple of easy things to do (take out the trash & pull the sheets) and we were ready to go. We even had room to park an RV!

Big enough for several small families. Nice bathrooms. Could use a few more towels and kitchen towels. Could enjoy the outdoors and had room indoors for games. Appreciated the family feel and eco retreat.

Inth the woods but close to everything

We stayed for a friends wedding. This place is beautiful! I wish we could have stayed longer. The house was immaculate. So close to stores but nature too ! We will be back !

90th Birthday/ Family Reunion

We came to town to celebrate my mother’s birthday and have her meet her 3 great grandsons. This was a perfect spot for our get together. Our families enjoyed the spaces including the large open spaces inside the home as well as the outdoors where the grandsons could expend some energy.

Eco Retreat Weekend Stay

The property was great, there was ample parking in the large driveway as well. The location allowed us to visit breweries in the area and the open main floor was a great place for family and friends to socialize. Plenty of spots for sleeping between the bedrooms and couches, as well as space for an air mattress. Would definitely recommend and consider in the future.

2nd time staying at Eco-retreat

This was our 2nd time renting this beautiful home. It was in a great location for us and central to family. It is also very spacious, clean, and has a lot of amenities. Our kids (13 and 11) loved the basement and our dog loved the yard! :) I loved the induction stove top! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Spacious home in great area!

Our family stayed in the area to be close to relatives for a family reunion. It was a convenient location having events nearby at Baker Park Reserve, picking up little things (sun block, groceries, etc) and even walking to grab coffee. The home was very cool and so environmentally friendly and responsible. My nephew enjoyed the garden and the greenery in the backyard. The fenced back yard was great for my brother's dog whom the hosts accommodated last minute. Besides the bedrooms, there was so much space...2 living areas, coffee room/nook, office and work out room and 3 full bathrooms. Maybe the only thing to know is that for the master bedroom, its best to be occupied by a couple as the master bath is not separated by any door - toilet, shower, bath is all exposed and open to the room.

We were in Plymouth for a family wedding. This was very convenient and close to the venue, grocery stores, and neighborhoods to walk our dog, who came with us. Misha was very timely in answering my questions about the property. Would stay here again if ever in the area!

Home away from home.

We had the pleasure of staying in this splendid home for my son's 13th golden birthday celebration. The home was a perfect fit for our family of seven as everyone had their own comfortable sleeping quarters. Although we spent most of our days exploring the city, returning to the home was always a wonderful feeling of being home away from home. As a passionate cook, I appreciated that the home provided everything I needed to whip up delicious meals for my hungry boys. Additionally, the entertainment options, such as games, were enjoyable for the entire family. The owners were incredibly responsive and attentive to any questions or needs that arose during our stay. If you're considering booking this place, don't hesitate - it's a decision you won't regret.
