Great Experience

The house is nice and very large, clean, and well stocked. I was impressed with the small thoughtful touches like smart speakers and charger connections by all of the beds. Steve is a great host. Communicates frequently and clearly, and was prompt and helpful when I needed an adjustment to my booking. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in one of his properties next time.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house! It was clean and comfortable and the kids loved all of the games and the large yard. The host was very responsive and friendly. Check in and out was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again.

Best of both worlds

This place was just as beautiful as the pictures online. A quiet, peaceful retreat felt like we were in the middle of nowhere but its really just minutes from mall of america and downtown Minneapolis. The house was very clean & so many amenities!! t amenities

Family Excursion

Enjoyed our stay, the s'mores welcome was a nice touch. We loved the well-stocked kitchen and waffle maker. The hot tub was nice after our intense family foosball and corn hole tournaments! Plenty of towels and linens; washer and dryer on upstairs and main floor was handy. We had two elderly, mobility limited, family members with us and the ADA toilets were nice (although no grab bars in showers). We 'broke in' daughter's new paddle boards on the pond. It was a fun week.

Good site for a getaway

Accommodations are good for 14 or 15 people. We had 23 (the advertising said the home could accommodate over 30) and 23 was stretching it. We enjoyed the back yard and fire and jacuzzi. The lake was unusable for boating: might be at other times of the year. Felt secluded and safe. Great for family photos.

We had a large family gathering at the property. It was for our daughter’s graduation. We thought the house was great. Two added things for the great hot tub in the back and also the lake in the back where we could come over. Finally, we really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit.

Perfect for a large family gathering

This was an amazing facility for our large family gathering. There were large gathering areas for everyone to be together but also various secluded areas in which individuals could escape for a little down time. The hot tub was a huge hit for our teens and young adults. The house was well stocked and beautifully decorated and maintained. Thank you for a memorable Christmas!

Beautiful Spacious Property with Communicative Owner

Steve was a communicative host who answered all of our questions about the property. We had a wheelchair user in our group and Steve was able to let us know about accessibility and helped us set up a wheelchair ramp. The house was spacious and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway!

Perfect for Work Group

We had 9 adults staying at the property. The house was very clean with many items that made our stay so comfortable from, items for smore making items to hdmi cables to hook out laptop to the television so that we could share our screen. It was the perfect place for us! We are planning to come back next year!

Beautiful and Comfortable

Impressive home. Beautifully decorated/staged. Very clean and comfortable. Every amenity available. Even a waffle maker! Nice touch of a s'mores and popcorn bowl waiting for us. Unfortunately we didnt have time for a bonfire. Hot tub was wonderful for us old folks after wedding dancing all night! Our grandson was very excited about canoeing with grandpa. Would stay again in this home in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Nice stay for large group

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful setting that accommodated our group of 25 nicely. We had a professional photographer take family pictures and the settings in the yard and by the water were stunning. We had some issues with the hot tub and the owner worked exceptionally hard to resolve it.

Great family gathering place!

What a great property for our family gathering! Although there are typical subdivisions nearby, this property is secluded amongst trees and down a long driveway so privacy is optimal. Plenty of room for several cars. Hot tub, fire pit, deck, large kitchen/family room areas for hanging out and having fun. Appliances all work fine, kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook and serve (except the food, although some staples were in the pantry.) Bedrooms on every level so lots of choices. TVs in every room. This worry-free, well-maintained, and fully equipped house made our family get-together perfect.

Incredible place to make the star of a group trip

Great property with sleeping for everyone, overflowing with TVs and seating and room outside to hang. We stayed for a weekend and only left once— a big group and entertain themselves here. Great communication with the owner, thanks for making this possible.
