„We had a cute room overlooking the lake. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean. We did enjoy the inside pool and hot tub, the outside pool had more people in it so we didn’t make it out. The lake area has a nice walking path around it. We checked in then went looking for food and found nothing open in the hotel, so went into town and found out that most places close their kitchens early. We ended up at Zorba’s which was really good and worth the 10 minute drive. “

„Overall we enjoyed the visit and suprised there were a few free items, like kayak and paddleboard use, free pontoon trip around the lake. Grounds were well maintained. Eating at the restaurants, food was just okay.“

„This hotel is gorgeous, as are the grounds. It was oddly empty though, both guests and staff. It feels like we were there at the wrong time of year or the wrong era. A bit dated in some ways, but it also feels like it was a top of the line resort at some point. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.“

„We had a great time! The property and lake were gorgeous, the staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. They had fantastic amenities! The condo was nice, very spacious, but a little run down. The screens were damaged, so the mosquitos came in at night, and I would recommend additional plates, silverware and perhaps salt/pepper in the units with full kitchens. I would definitely go back!“

„It was just beautiful! Clean , vey close to town absolutely wonderful food! Even my children 7 and 4 kept saying how good the food was! Great service. We drove 5 hours to stay the weekend and we definitely will make our way back again!!“

„Wonderful cabin getaway! Our kids (4 and 2) had a blast with their first cabin experience. The loft area was a big hit. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and eating (including coffee maker). We all enjoyed the beach, beach toys for the kids, and water activities. Looking forward to doing it again!“
