« Clean excellent rooms friendly staff »

« All the activities you could want and then some. Staff was friendly. My kids had a blast, heck, even I (Dad) had fun. Rooms were nice, quiet, and clean. The water in the water park was nice and warm, good for the kids to play for hours. Lots of people, but that was expected. Staff does a good job managing crowds and keeping things moving. « We stayed here for the waterpark which was closed during our stay. We asked for our room to be upgraded due to this and we got the exact same room we reserved online. The pull out couch was disgusting, it had stains on the mattress. Expedia stated there was a full breakfast and that was not the case either. The restaurant and breakfast was also closed so all we had for breakfast was coffee and a muffin. The staff were very nice however our stay was disappointing. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Grand master suite. The jacuzzi was worth the upgrade. We enjoyed the board walk to the coho cafe and the outdoor pool/ hottub area was relaxing in the winter, with views of the lake. Will be returning to Bluefin Bay. »
