  • Book your luxury penthouse vaction today! We want to offer you a high end stay and we hope you'll love this property as much as we do. When you arrive we will welcome you with a gift card to our favorite restaurant!! This is a huge 4 bedrooms 4 bath PENTHOUSE BEACHFRONT Condo with over 2400 sq ft of space overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with plenty of room for the family. Every morning you'll see the stunning white sands and beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Every evening you'll be moved by beautiful sunsets. Once you pull your car into our protected parking area you may never want to leave- and you won't have to. We are close to everything: coffee spots, lunch, dinner are all just steps away from this cool beach location. We've just completed a major renovation of the property and everything you'll need is in place. We provide 2 parking spots on property. We also have 2 sets of beach chair set ups for you for EVERY day you stay. Stay with us and you'll have memories forever!

This is the most well stocked property I have ever stayed in! The view was absolutely amazing! I literally went home and bought the same sheets….the beds were so comfortable! It was so nice to have chair service every day on a private beach area! Thank you for having my family and making our stay wonderful!

Fun Week

Nice, clean condo; great location. We all enjoyed our stay. The loft bedroom was a little hard to get up and down (small spiral staircase), but the kids liked playing up there. The property owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries.

Wonderful Condo

The condo was beautiful - it was exactly as described in the listing. The condo is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and laundry room! We loved the beach chairs and umbrellas and our kids loved all of the techy features of the condo! Communication with the property manager was great. Always got prompt responses! We can’t wait to stay again!

Memorial Day holiday vacation

The day dream penthouse was one of the most magnificent places that we have ever stayed at in Destin. It is highly technology controlled which was easy to learn and very fun to use. This place had everything you could imagine which made our trip so much more enjoyable! This unit is extremely professionally decorated with special touches throughout the entire unit. The ocean and beach view from the balcony and the penthouse unit is one of the best along the coast!I highly recommend this place for anyone who appreciates everything it has to offer.

Perfect beach condo for a family

Great location. Right on the beach. Close to everything but there is a private beach so it wasn’t crowded. The unit itself if quite large. It’s obvious the owners care about it. The decor and amenities were very nice. Lots of little details to make the stay easier. We’ve been to the area many times, this was the best all around condo.

A perfect week

What a wonderful, spacious condo directly on a beautiful stretch of beach. The unit was fully stocked and tastefully decorated throughout. The owners are generous to share their top-of-the-line furnishings with the public. It fit our family of 11 perfectly. The location is prime and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for a vacation home where we created many special memories. Take care of this place all, it's a gem.

Top shelf, fabulous beach house

Spectacular high end beach home! Well stocked, upper end everything from showers to kitchen. Every appliance imaginable, we ate out a lot but if you like to cook you will be amazed. Beautiful view up and down the coast. Nicely decorated throughout all rooms, tricky tvs need instruction if at all possible would be helpful, but we eventually figured them out. Very comfortable pillow top beds and feather pillows no need to bring your own. Will stay here again next year if available.

When we arrived the condo was spotless! Plenty of room for 11 of us. Having the upstairs for the kiddos was amazing. It was the most stocked condo I have ever stayed at. Plenty of things to cook in if you wanted. You can tell they spent time on the details. Little things like heated towel racks in each bathroom were very helpful with 5 kiddos swimwear. We brought our own beach towels but there were plenty in the laundry room. The washer was HUGE! The balcony had plenty of seating and we spent mornings and evenings hanging out there. Beds were very comfortable. It was only a few steps to the beach. Unlike other condos we have stayed at all chairs and umbrellas were front row. It was the first time we have stayed with the pool in the front instead of on the beach. It didnt phase us or the kids. We just spent more time on the beach and cooled off in the pool after. The entire crystal dunes was kept nice and centrally located to everything in Destin. The owner reached out a couple times throughout the stay to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at the Daydream Penthouse in Destin—it truly lived up to its name. We stayed 5 days/4 nights with a multi-generational group (my daughter and her friend, my mom, my aunt, and my husband), and the space worked perfectly for all of us.The penthouse is incredibly spacious, giving everyone their own place to relax. This was especially meaningful for my mom, who has limited mobility—she was able to enjoy beautiful Gulf views from both the balcony and her bedroom windows.The loft was perfect for the girls—they loved having their own space, especially the stuffed animals and keyboard. There’s a lot of tech, which took a little getting used to, but it didn’t take away from the experience. The bathrooms were a standout—heated toilet seats and spa-like showers felt like a luxury.The amenities really made the stay: easy pool access after beach days, excellent beach chair service with friendly staff, and a fully stocked kitchen.One small issue with the upstairs TV was handled impressively—the owner even FaceTimed me to troubleshoot and offered same-day repair or replacement. That level of service stood out.We would absolutely recommend this penthouse to family and friends!

Great property and fantastic location

Condo was great, kitchen was well stocked, location was amazing, communication with host was prompt and professional. Only issue was parking (only 2 vehicles allowed) so if you are going with multiple couples (like we did) and each have their own vehicle, you'll need to work out the parking. Host provided local options for us to use, but it did require some extra work/cost, but overall did not detract from a great experience. All of our guests said it was the best beach experience they have had. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Hot tub heated but no jets. The inside was impecably clean and super stocked with everything. The porch furniture is majorly dated & rusty. I put a towel on the metal as not to get cut by rusty parts. 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrella wonderful. No sofa. Only love seat & few chairs all were very stiff. Need upgraded. Beds were fabulous on the firm side.There is an area by the beach toys & floats for the kids. The area is high end. We loved Camillas resturant across the street & Alvins souvenier shop.Great easy parking in a gated resort bldg. We loved it. The property manager was super helpful. We would recommend this penthouse. Hope to come again.

Overall Good Experience

Property manager was VERY easy to contact with questions. I had a little issue getting in the entry gate, Jessica was right on it. The next day there was a technology service person working on it. I’m not sure who made the call. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. Some of the baseboards were dusty but overall, it was a great experience! Beautiful

Amazing property

My wife and our 3 daughters stayed for a quick get a way and loved every minute. The penthouse was clean and very well maintained. Our 4 yo daughter was so excited she skipped and jumped a little too much and made the neighbors below us a little agitated but Jessica was great when dealing with this. Amazing views of the beach, a large balcony, and a private beach with chairs and umbrellas. 2 minute walk and you are on the sand and another 2 minute drive and you are in a major shopping center for groceries or options eating out. Thank you for sharing your property with us. We will be back.

Lovely condo. This condo has everything you need in the kitchen, nice bedding, nice towels, close proximity to anything you could possibly want or need. The only negative is the lady in the office is a very rude! She needs some Jesus in her life.
