From the moment you arrive, the scale of this place sets the tone. A private pool anchors the outdoor living space, complete with a sun shelf where loungers sit half in, half out of the water — the sweet spot between refreshing and relaxing. The surrounding pool deck is lined with additional loungers, and the whole area is framed with ambient lighting that makes evenings outside feel a little magical. A shaded patio with outdoor dining keeps the group together when it's time to eat, and the grill is ready whenever someone's feeling ambitious.

Inside, the layout is designed to give everyone breathing room while still keeping the group connected. The main living area is anchored by a massive sectional, sliding glass doors that open to the backyard, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with essentials, and the dining area is large enough to seat the whole crew at once — no eating in shifts. Home Truths:
- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- It will be $150 plus tax per day for both pool and spa heat and must be added for the entire stay. If the guest wants to heat only the pool or the spa, it will still be $150 per day, as they operate off the same heater. No discounts applicable.
- Please note that pool and spa heat is not offered from April 1 to October 31.
- This home includes a residential elevator as a bonus amenity. Please note that elevator availability and operation cannot be guaranteed throughout your stay, and temporary outages or service needs may occur. To help ensure reliable operation, guests are asked to limit use when possible and reserve the elevator primarily for transporting luggage/groceries and for guests who have difficulty navigating the stairs.

Parking Details:
- Driveway accommodates up to 8 cars; total maximum on-site parking is 10 cars.
- No garage. No alternate parking. The street is small/private.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
