House was as listed and worked well for our family. Only issue was the TV on the 3rd floor in the guest room was not working.The hottub didn’t warm up the 1st few days until the pool guy came and cleaned the pool. Then it started working.Would rent again if available when we come back.

Other than the cleanliness of the floors, our stay at this rental was great. The online description is just as described. We had trouble with lighting the firepit but maintenance came to fix it in a timely manner. We all loved the heated pool and hot tub. The floors needed mopping, but overall a great experience. We would recommend to anyone.

What a wonderful location. The property was fantastic. We had a couple of little problems, and maintenance was there quickly and professionally. Very responsive. Would recommend this property and Love to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time, at the property, the beach, and the surrounding area!

Very positive experience. Clean and well maintained. Walking distance to beach. Plenty of bedrooms and baths. Heated pool and hut tub were wonderful. We would love to rent again with family!!! Suggestions: put more hooks in bathrooms, ensure gas grill is properly cleaned and ready for use and have more dish soap. Overall we were satisfied and would recommend to others😋

We had a great time! The house was just like the description. There was plenty of space for our large extended family. They had a high chair and pack & play that was a god send. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and there were enough bathrooms that we didn’t have to wait. The pool was great and the kids really took advantage of it. The last day there were double red flags so we weren’t allowed in the ocean so the pool saved the day. The house is close to everything. Walking distance to the beach, close to Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, and outlets. The alarm for the pool door was reassuring that we wouldn’t have to worry about anyone going out unexpectedly. We are kind of oblivious but they had helpful signs for use of the pool, grill, and fire pit. Didn’t have to contact management because we didn’t have any issues.

House was amazing. Much larger than the pictures make it seem. We really loved the pool area, we loved the shallow tanning area for the little kids and we loved that there was a ton of room around the pool/patio area. We had a large group of people with an 11month old and 2 year old and it provided perfect space for them to play and crawl around without it being crowded or cramped. We loved the large kitchen/dining/living room area, other than the pool area this is where we spent the second majority of our time. The only thing I would say was a negative was the fact that they did not have a golf cart provided with the home like the home we stayed in last year had. A golf cart would have made lugging the kids back a forth a lot easier, but even without it we had a fabulous time. No one wanted to leave on the last day. We will most likely be booking with the same property next year and cannot wait to come back!! I would highly reccomend this home to everyone!

The house is AWESOME! It is perfect for medium to large groups looking to have their own space and enjoy time together in Destin. The house is the perfect set up. Most beds are King or Queen which is sufficient for adult families. I would note that the largest 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. So if you are bringing a pack-n-play or will have children sleeping in a room with you, opt for the top floor. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Destin. This is actually our 2nd time staying (last year was the sister house next door). There are several cost not mentioned that I think all should be aware of: 1. The location is walkable to the beach but a golf cart is helpful when lugging chairs/coolers/beach items back and forth. Roughly $125 per day for the golf cart. 2. The pictures show what the average person would believe is a "hot tub"... the management company refers to this as a "spa" and you must pay to have it heated if you are hoping for some late nights in the "hot tub".. this was roughly $115 per day to heat the "spa". Upon leaving, the management company also accused us of having animals on premises during our stay and threatened to charge $200 for the pet that we did not have. The house... 10/10 recommend. They need a new management company... 0/10 recommend

House was great, location great, everything was grewt except that 2 big items we wanted werent working for us, the fire pit and the ice machine in the kitchen. These were something we really need but didnt have and that was very disappointing. I reached out to maintenance multiple times and never heard back. We paid a lot of money and for us not having those things and being ignored is a very big turn off.

The house was really nice but it's jammed in between so many other houses. The smoke detector chirped every 60 seconds between 12:19 AM and 6 AM. I had called the property manager about how to operate the heated pool and he explained it to me, but then showed up at the house 2 hours later and was rude so I didn't call him about any other issues. Fire pit didn't work and he said it must have water in it but never said he would get it repaired... overall we had a good time.

We checked in on Friday December 23rd and everything was beautiful. The home was just as advertised on the site. There were a few gnats in the kitchen, but we called maintenance and he brought some spray. On Saturday morning, we woke up to no running hot water which was due to the freezing weather on Friday night. Once again we called maintenance and he came out. The outside faucet busted and water started backing up into the house in the dining room area and once again we had to call maintenance. He came again but said no plumber was available due to so many emergencies so the water outside just ran. My family and I were very understanding due to the circumstances of the weather, but we feel like the property manager should have been proactive and not reactive. The weather was forecasted to be very cold and precautions could have been taken in advance to weatherize the home. When the faucet outside busted, the water leaked into the house and water was coming through the floor in the kitchen and dining area. We know the cold weather was out of the ordinary for Florida residents and no plumbers were available to fix the busted faucet . My family and I made the best out of everything and we had a great Christmas. The customer service was great, the home was beautiful and spacious, and there were plenty of amenities. We will definitely return but definitely during the warm weather.

House was great! Plenty of room for all. Pool & outdoor shower used a bunch, grill used, cooked several meals. Had everything we needed. Short walk & easy access to beach. Chairs & umbrella always ready when arrived. All we came in to contact with were great folks. Traveled around in golf carts to local restaurants & shopping & ice cream every evening!! Wonderful trip….definitely will return!

My large family of 18 aged 18mo to 76 years all enjoyed our stay!!! 0 complaints. This property is just as described. The home itself is beautiful. It is furnished with nice furniture and quality decorations. Patio & pool was a gem used by all every day of our stay! Enough plates and utensils to meet all needs. Short 5min walk to beach. Close to literally anything you want to do. Don't hesitate to book this house! You absolutely won't regret it 😁

The space was great. Huge and everybody good spread out as needed. The pool area was awesome and the grill came in handy. The hot tub was difficult for us to figure out at first. Quick walk to the beach and near stores. Overall we had a very good experience.

We give the gift of a “ Family Trip “ to our 4 married kids & spouses & Grandkids ( 24) Total 22 of Us WERE able to be there. This home was THE BEST set up yet, having the pool right out the back door, with some of the young ages of the kids, not having to “ Pack Up” to walk down to a neighborhood pool. It didn’t have some of the indoor arcade games, or golf cart, But the outdoor, fire pit, Grill, pool & hot tub & multiple tables to eat at were PERFECT! This is the 4 th time we have rented homes this large. This one worked the best because of the pool.

Large house. Clean and decorated nicely. Close walking distance to beach. Size of pool was great! Ample seating indoors and outdoors. Ice cube maker was not working. Mgmt was quick to fix and even brought us bags of ice until it was in full operation. Large number of plates and silverware. My only suggestion is due to the number house holds, perhaps more cookware, serving bowls and utensils for mixing, etc. Overall great experience and would stay again. :-)

This house was it! Roomy, clean, great location with a short walk to the beach. Every bedroom has their own bathrooms. Our kids lived in the pool the entire week. We couldn’t get the fire pit to stay on but it wasn’t a big deal. I’m on my way home now and already planning next years trip.
