The building did have a strong weed smell through the main entrance and hallway at times, and unfortunately there was vomit in the elevator throughout the weekend that was not cleaned up. Parking was also a bit challenging since the ramp was consistently full.That said, the unit itself was very nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. « I was visiting my daughter at UMKC and this property was just a mile from there. It was a perfect location to get to the college, the Plaza, and the Nelson Atkins Museum. This third floor apartment has been tastefully restored and decorated. My daughter and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again! »
