« Great location. Lots of potential. Our biggest issue was how terrible the water smelled of sulfur. The unit has a terrible musty, stale smell when you enter. Housekeeping didn't get the trash from under the bed or used toiletries on the bathroom shelf. The couch and mattress reflect a low budget choice. The towels smelled like mildew. We did appreciate the basket of coffee pods and laundry pods. »

« The property was exactly as described. It was very clean and had plenty of bathroom towels and washcloths. We only stayed one night. There were many kitchen items, pots, pans, cups, plates, bowls, utensils, silverware etc, and a Keurig coffee pot. The only downsides were the train was right behind the house and it was loud during the night and the bed rolled towards the middle. Kinda uncomfortable for two people. « The property is very nice, private, quiet and clean. I gave this property a 5 Star rating with one caveat: there was no faucet handle for the shower. In its place was a pair of vice grips - it was difficult to regulate the temperature and water pressure, because it was not easy to turn. I recently suffered a shoulder injury, and, it was very hard for me to use the shower because I could barely turn the makeshift “handle” I would stay here again if the faucet handle were fixed. »

« Nice little home that’s located close to downtown. It was great for what we needed. It is not handicapped friendly, tho. Currently (May 2026), there is a high 1-step front door entry that could be easily fixed with a sturdy second platform step up from the nice front porch to make it easier to get in and out. It also has a nice upgraded single bathroom, but the claw tub is deep without a handrail and no suction in-tub bath mat to keep a person from falling. The rain shower is great however....
