„Staff on arrival seemed to be in a hurry, no welcoming words and payment was most important. However, the renovated room was quite welcoming, comfy bed and equipped with the most important things, but was very cold. Needed to turn on heating at first. Noise from Old Hume Highway was okay. No personal check out, keys were just collected in a bin and could be taken by anyone.“
