« Beautiful and quiet property was absolutely perfect. It was clean and cozy and felt amazing coming inside from the heat. Perfect for a couple. Fantastic location for visiting The Caverns for a tour or a show. If you stay here, do yourself a favor and visit the Mountain Goat Market in Monteagle. The line will be long, but it moves fast, and I promise it is worth it. »

« Wonderful location! This small house is secluded but in a very nice neighborhood. There are lots of hikes nearby, and the cabarn was the perfect comfortable environment to come back to after a full, tiring day. We will return to it next time we need a place in this area. »

« Lakeside property with gorgeous views. The neighborhood is still under construction but we didn't hear any construction noise. The lot is spacious, as is the house. For it to be a tiny house, it didn't seem so tiny for our family. Cozy and well appointed with everything we needed to cook meals. There wasn't any laundry detergent so bring your own if you plan on doing laundry. We look forward to visiting this area again. »

« The cabin at the back of their property is a renovated barn showing off different groups of collectibles! Very fun and lots of interesting things to look at and discover. Exactly how it should be in a renovated rural barn! We were only there one night, but would absolutely stay there again. »

« Lovely house in a lovely area. The house was small but well-equipped. The waterfall on the property was stunning (the short walk was tough). Had a great time kayaking on the lake that was available to use. Enjoyed the nearby Caverns and hiking. »

« I choose this cottage due to it being secluded and its quiet surroundings and this place delivered! My husband and I saw deer and game ever morning. I love that the cottage had everything you would need to cook or clean up after ones self. I would rent this exquisited charming cottage again. Thank you for a positive experience. »

« The cabin was great for an overnight stay to see a show at The Caverns. About a 5-10 minute drive to caverns. We felt very safe in that development. We also took a great hike to the falls before going to the show. We were challenged with getting the air conditioning going (not their fault). However, we put in a call and while we were at the concert, we came back and everything was good to go. »
