„My experience at Kim resort was anything but smooth. Hieu and Thuy were great and had I dealt with then from start to finish, i would have likely given this a 5 star rating, but Hong is the reason why this review will only get 3 stars.

„1100 plus rooms but no way to check in before the 2:00 time line as “your room is not ready” was the answer for 90 minutes. The place was so empty and quiet they shut down the restaurant and kiosk. If you look close you can see the dirt. So don’t look too closely“

„Very good location and friendly staff“
