„The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Every movement either my husband or I made was loud and kept us both awake. „Our stay was awesome. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. The apartments are small but had a good layout. Great view of the lake. Location is perfect for us to get to Meredith and Gilford village in a short time. An upgrade would be a pull out couch. “

„I liked that it was close to the pavilion and had a nice view. The property looked nice for early season. It was loud this weekend due to bike week. I had a small issue with the entry as I didn’t see at first the electronic key pad and was trying to open the master lock key box. As I was only able to communicate by e mail there was no short term communication help available“
