« A gem amongst the trees! Terrific stay for a long weekend! It is what you make of it — relaxing in your room or on the numerous patio spaces, or in the library, or in the lobby! Swimming and kayaking! We took a guided ride on the brand new pontoon boat (with a bartender and restroom on board) and that was one of my favorite parts. Everything is so accessible, my family of four even took a bike ride. Our boys LOVED the Arnold Palmer golf course (although it is challenging)! EVERYthing we ate was...

« If you are looking for an historic, unique property, this restored ballroom fits the bill, meshing perfectly with historic Marietta. The property is perfectly located, all the shops and restaurants in downtown Marietta are within walking distance. The property is clean and well-appointed, and Maxx was a great host. We plan on returning in the future. »
