„This property was even better than described. Every single bed was comfortable. The master bedroom/bath was incredible and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was like nothing we have experienced. The location and parking was perfect. We had a very long trailer with 3 sxs's on it and there was enough parking on the street to accommodate us.“

„We had a great stay here in Moab. The condo was close to the city, Arches Natl Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. Communication with the manager was good. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment for preparing meals. Two master bedrooms with attached baths, washer/dryer...all great!“

„I've stayed here three times over the last few years. It is a cheaper alternative to staying in Moab, this Catalina is nicer than some hotel rooms I've stayed in! Plus the Sego Canyon Indian paintings are just a few miles up the road and they are fascinating to me! Everything I want to do and see in this part of Utah is within shooting distance of Ballard Campground, it's convenient, right off the interstate, there's a gas station and 7-Eleven right there, you can't beat it! Vacationing out here ...

As far as the complex our group of 16 people had three rentals and in our opinions the pool/hottub closed at 9 pm and with our schedule we would of liked to see 10 pm so we could have utilized this amenity. „Excellent rental for the 6 of us. Plenty of room for 8…10 if you like cozy! Great location and easy drive to Arches and Canyonlands. The bikes were a plus and an easy ride to shops. The pool was refreshing after a day of hiking. Would definitely stay again!“
