Excellent responsiveness following a lighting issue (immediate room change) and a much-appreciated commercial gesture (free breakfast offered). The welcome from the female receptionist on the afternoon of the 22nd was excellent.
âThe Cons:
âMediocre cleanliness: I found a hair on the duvet in the first room. In the second room, the bathtub was dirty with stagnant water residue, which I had to scrub myself before using.
