„The location is excellent, cannot be beat, and that alone deserves 5 stars. It is a classic Charleston home with all the charm. Bathrooms and kitchen are all updated, which is nice. Also surprising, was how comfortable the beds were. Having private, tucked away parking, that was also priceless. Would we stay here again and recommend this place? Sure!“

„The property was really nice. Everything was very clean inside. The kitchen was well equipped. The only thing I would suggest is getting some different frying pans these were hard to clean. The beds were really comfortable and it was great that they were king sized.The location was Ok. A little distance from King Street. It is located near a hospital and a main road so you will hear ambulance sirens and traffic. We all enjoyed the deck and sunsets.“

„This building has a bit of age but the unit was just as described. Walking distance to the beach and the pool is right off the back porch. There is a ramp to bring your belongings to the front door(I brought a collapsible wagon)The things that I will say are that a new mattress is needed! You will be awake at dawnAnd most importantly, the cleaning smell and fragrance items. I do wish that property owners would understand how bad fake smells are!Just get an air cleaner. “

„Went on a girls trip and had a fabulous time. The Agave is perfect - location was great and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect for the 5 of us and I would highly recommend. The Charleston Vacays Team was FABULOUS too! Super communicative and informative. As a side note - would also highly recommend considering the Groceries Ahead service as well - pick out your groceries ahead of time and they deliver them and put them in your rental - it was a game ...

„Great neighborhood, easy access to city. Could use a frying pan, and some basic spices so that we didn’t have to buy full spice containers to use for one or two days, and then have to pack. „The property was so cute and the perfect size for me. I stayed in the B unit. The bed was so comfortable and the house was spotless. Only a 20 minute, super easy, walk from downtown and there was even a really nice coffee shop two blocks away for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches. 10/10 highly recommend this spot“
