The only thing I would mention is that it says it sleeps 5, but I'm not sure how. We had planned to have 5, but our son had to cancel, and it was perfect for 4. I would not say the sofa is big enough for an adult to sleep on. Overall, I highly recommend for a visit to BG. »

« Very comfortable, spacious, and clean home. Nice, firm beds. Excellent communication with the property manager, and I appreciated they didn't have a list of tasks for us before checking out. The house is on a somewhat busy street, but it was not noisy inside the house--was easy to sleep, and we had no trouble pulling in and out of the driveway. There's a good AC unit downstairs and fans upstairs. That worried us, but we were very comfortable. We'd stay here again. »

« The room wasn’t exactly like the picture, pretty basic. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. There was a Keurig coffee maker but no coffee. No temperature gauge and the room cold outside the covers. Check in was simple, I was contacted by the owner through email when I arrived, they seemed helpful. Not a bad place if creature comforts aren’t important! »

« A family gathering brought us to the area. The house was exactly as described and extremely clean and comfortable. We walked our dog around the neighborhood each evening and were also impressed with how nicely kept the homes are and how quiet it is there. It was centrally located to all our family. We would absolutely stay again! »

« We were in town for our son's graduation at UT Law School. The house is well stocked, beautifully decorated and plenty of room for a large family. We had 6 stay with us and 4 others at a local hotel. We had plenty of room for a family breakfast. Everyone talked about how comfortable the beds were. House was not clean, and in addition to that, the previous tenants left food and trash. There were broken and damaged items that made it unacceptable for young children, only six bath towels provided & 4 wash cloths even though we booked for 7 people.
