« The host was very nice and super responsive, but we were confused as to why this was a premier host. There was a/c in the living room only and fans provided in the bedroom. Basics in the kitchen with oil salt and pepper sugar and coffee which was appreciated. Shared coin laundry in the building, so bring a variety of coins. The unit could use a better cleaning. You can easily hear other tenants. No extras like shampoo conditioner in bathroom. Neighborhood was quiet but far from downtown walking...

« It was a good location, easy to get to places in the area! Easy to park. The suite was very cute, well maintained and the shower was lovely. Everything we needed was available including laundry. Very easy to communicate with the host and responsive to our questions and messages. »

« First, I want to be very clear and upfront. I made the mistake. I booked this B&B, and my husband bought tickets for a concert in Fredericton, not Moncton. As soon as I became aware of my error, which was just past the refund cut-off time, I reached out to the owners, letting them know of my mistake. I've reached out twice, and I've heard nothing back. This is a mistake that cost me a fair chunk of money, and not hearing back or attempting to reconcile the error so that we both feel okay...
