« There was a groups of 6 there for the world national fishing tournament for the high school! Perfect place on the water with the ramp right beside us. Only bad thing was the walkway to the boat slip was underwater but that was beyond any control of the owner! Perfect location on the water. Easy to walk down to the water and great place to stay! »

The location offered easy access to all the water activities Grand Lake is known for, from boating and fishing to swimming and s8ght seeing The owners were incredibly hospitable and communicative, making the entire experience seamless from booking to check-out. « Extremely clean and comfy! Three bedrooms, plus a bunk room made for ample sleeping space, privacy, and room for littles, if needed. Easy to get to right as you arrive in Port Duncan area. Although, no lake view, the golf course was a pleasant surrounding. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for a golf, boat, family, or couples getaway. Owner made everything simple! »
