„Very inflexible. We had a booking and our daughter got sick and was in hospital for a week. We tried twice to request a postponement of one week via the Hotels.com customer service. After several days of no response, we called the accommodation directly. We asked if we could postpone the booking by 1 week as they showed availability during that time at the same price but hey refused and charged us 100% for no show saying that the booking could not be cancelled. Very bad customer service.“

„My husband stayed at the sky cabin for 3 days over the Christmas break. We loved our stay!!. Nonie and John were very helpful, responsive and approachable. They are wonderful hosts!. . „We loved the layout and beautiful touches, like sunset table, kitchen, hammock, books and comfortable bed. The shower was very cool and gave a nice view of the beautiful horses feeding on the lush grass next door. We had great fun cooking a delicious meal on the fire pit and being mesmerised by the stars. They provided the best coffee I have ever tasted!!! Communication was fantastic and Avon is a lovely human! Very impressed and will be returning soon for another stay. Thanks Avon for having us ...

„We had an absolutely amazing relaxing weekend away for the family. De was the true definition of ‘Superhost’. A beautiful platter on arrival, a spotless cottage with everything we could have needed. We had a great time exploring the property and relaxing on the dam with the kayaks and paddle boards. We’ve done quite a few cottage getaways but this is our new favourite. We will be back!“

„From the letting process and arriving at the front door of the property, our experience was excellent. The letting photos do not do it justice. The home is superb and lends itself to a great weekend of entertainment for family and/or friends. We cannot recommend this property highly enough.
