Once we found it, it was fantastic

Around the time we first booked the suite it was under Cote Nord management but then it changed hands to Tremblant Elysium; unfortunately the website was not updated and we had to rent a room elsewhere because we couldn't find an office or facility with Cote Nord on it and were unaware of the change in management. We finally got things straightened out the next day and from then on it was fantastic but Tremblant Elysium and/or Expedia need to make sure the people coming to stay are aware that changes have been made!

Lovely views!

The rooms were had a very nice floor plan. The accents, the fireplace, the bathrooms were all very nice and modern. The views of the lake were magnificent and the walls were soundproof.

ok but overrated

The two bedroom suite was rather small for the 4 people it was advertised for and the rooms looked much smaller than on the photographs. The staff was overall unhelpful and unprofessional. They insisted on paying a deposit when it was booked under the condition of paying upon arrival. They argued and justified themselves when I complained about the fact that the free wifi was not available for days. No attempt at resolving the situation was made. Going to the reception area which closes at 8 pm was not good enough! They are obviously the administration and not the owner of the place. Many other problems, such as no ski storage, insufficiently equipped kitchen, info on supplies such as dishwasher tabs or location of actual rental place not given up front, faulty bathroom fan that melted wax on balcony of floor above, lack of towels and useless room service that would not work unless you let them in the moment they turn up. The location is a long way away from a decent supermarket, so that too is something one needs to be aware of.

Great experience with hit tub and full kitchen. Ideal for skiing north tremblant !

Mont Tremblant Northsideに近いホテル

Mont TremblantはSouthsideが有名ですが、ゲレンデまでのアクセスを考えればNorthsideの方が便利な気がします。このホテルはNorthsideから車で5分程度で行けるため便利です。周りにレストランはありませんが、部屋には食洗機つきのキッチンがあったため問題ありませんでした。ただし、スーパーも近くにないため、食材などはあらかじめ買っておいた方が良いでしょう。 This hotel locates near Mont Tremblant Northside where is 25 minutes drive from Southside. We can reach there within 10 minites drive from our hotel. That was very convenient for us. We could not any restaurant around there, but we cooked all our meal kitchen in our room equipped all stuff. We also could not any grocery store, so I recommend to bring all food in ahead of reaching there.

Beautiful but far

Loved everything about the hotel and the room. I would definitely stay there again. Only down side is its about a 30 minute drive to the mont-Tremblant hill.

Fantastic place to stay

I'm wondering why anyone rated this place anything less than 5 stars. My girlfriend and I stayed there for three nights after xmas. We were in Pavilion one, apt # 1206. It was super clean, with brand new appliances (full kitchen, toaster, dishwasher, and all the plates/glasses/utensils/cookware one needs). The king size bed was cozy, the fireplace was lovely and warm, and the rustique furniture and design of the closets, etc, was fabulous. The bathroom had a soothing rainshower, the balcony looks out on a stunning lake and mountains, and every little detail has been covered in this place. I can't stop rambling about this place, so I'll just put it this way: I paid a lot more money staying at the Cosmopolitan in Vegas, and got a lot less. You will not walk away from this place unsatisfied.

Hotel Location

The hotel was amazing. We were thoroughly impressed with the room and the surrounding area. We were mere feet to the lake and surrounded by beautiful mountains. The area is so peaceful and majestic. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Good suite for couple because there has a window between the room and the bathroom... So be ready for total no privacy if you are a new couple.

Grand chalet de rêve, pour toute saison

Nous avons dormi à 3 dans ce magnifique chalet de 4 chambres sur 3 niveaux; découvrant à notre arrivée une grande cheminée avec insert, une radio et une TV allumées peu avant notre arrivée; avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour faire vivre une petite famille pendant un bon moment, ainsi qu'une grande terrasse avec BBQ. Une déco de bon goût; simple et sans fioriture, en opposition au style bois massif parfois lourd que l'on retrouve dans certains chalets traditionnel, avec une impression à la fois de modernité et de convivialité. Rien à redire sur la literie qui est très confortable. Une chose toutefois à savoir avant de venir : les chalets sont très nombreux (+ de 70), et aucun à priori n'est donc situé en bord de lac.

Gorgeous Villa on the Edge of a Stunning Lake

This room is in the top five places I've ever stayed. Spotless. Modern. Most comfortable bed ever. Fireplace. Flat screen TV. Stereo system to play your own iPhone. Private balcony on the edge of a stunning lake with your own BBQ and patio furniture. The most gorgeous shower. Fully functional kitchen. Everything was immaculate. And they care about recycling! I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I was anywhere near this area.

Draps qui ne bordent pas !!!

Nous gardons et garderons un très bon souvenir de cet endroit. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la décoration : nous nous sentions chez nous. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont très sympathiques. Pour tout vous dire le départ à été bien difficile tellement nous étions bien. Dommage Ue le Québec soit si loin pour des français
