We had some special accommodation requests and Maddi was very attentive and accessible throughout our stay. We understand that things happen and when we got to the property Can you please we couldn’t get the thermostat to work but Maddi put us in contact with her property manager Paula and she was there almost immediately and addressed the problem. « We enjoyed staying in this home, closely located to the downtown area. Plenty of space for 14 people. Plenty of parking. Walkable to coffee, restaurants, and bars. Very clean. The only downside is that there are only two showers and one of them is inside a bedroom, which made it difficult with 14 people. However, there are a lot of sinks! »

"Sale. Poussières poussées dans les coins. J’ai retrouvé une frite par terre, élastique et poussières, cheveux dans la salle de bain. Une serviette avait un amas de poussières dessus. Chambre donnant sur la piscine comme si vous étiez dans l’eau aussi. Vous ouvrez le rideau vous êtes avec les gens directement )Du coup super bruyant jusque 22h (la fermeture de la piscine). Rien d’un Radisson (pour les français). C est un motel. "
