Ruhiger erholsamer Urlaub
Meine Freundin und ich waren 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung, welche in einer Anlage mit mehreren Wohnung liegt. Die Wohnung war genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und erkundigte sich auch nach ein paar Tagen nach unserem Befinden. Der dazugehörige Pool ist sehr schön und lädt zum relaxen ein. Das nächste Restaurant befindet sich ca. 5 min Fahrzeit von der Anlage entfernt. Der nächste Einkaufsladen ist ca. 15 min Fahrzeit entfernt in Montaione.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sehr entspannend und Vermieterin war sehr entgegenkommend
Das Ferienresort ist traumhaft schön. Ich hatte schon die Befürchtung, dass die Bilder übertrieben sind. Doch das bestätigte sich Gott sei dank nicht.
Ich hatte mit der Vermieterin ausgemacht, dass wir uns am späten Nachmittag zur Übergabe treffen. Als ich jedoch 3 Stunden zu früh da war, und meine Begleiterin an stärker Pollenallergie litt, war die Vermieterin sehr entgegenkommend und war schnell zur Stelle.
Ich würde jedem eine Reise in dieses Resort empfehlen :)

Beautifully cared for appartment
Franca's little house was absolutely charming and very well cared for. It was super clean and had all the touches of home, including flowers in vases, pretty pictures and ornaments and great storage space upstairs.
The complex itself was very quiet (we went in June) and we had the lovely swimming pool to ourselves most days. It was also well kept and clean. The area is very peaceful and the surrounding countryside is absolutely beautiful. You do need to drive everywhere (even to the nearest restaurant) but as long as you expect that, it's fine. I'd say the house is perfect for two but would be a bit of a squash if you had two more on the sofa bed, however, it was great for us!
I would definitely recommend Franca's appartment and also Franca. She was very kind and attentive, kept in touch during our stay and offered advice on the local area. All in all a lovely experience! Thank you Franca!

Blissful two weeks in Tuscany.
This is a beautiful place with everything we needed for our stay. It is ideally located for visiting Florence and other surrounding towns.
The pool is great for a cool off at the end of the day, there are several sun loungers but during the week we had it pretty much to ourselves. Other owners were on site at weekends and made us feel welcome with a friendly wave or Ciao!
Franco is friendly and helpful leaving numerous recommendations at the property and she replied to any queries promptly, she also reached out to check on us and gave further recommendations for beach days.
If your lucky enough to stay here head to Baratti beach which is stunning, also eat at Passa Tempo al Cubo but be sure to book as its popular with both tourists and locals. A great little place and we hope to return in the future.

Bella proprietà inserita in un contesto gradevole, tranquillo con ampia privacy. La location è ben tenuta, l'host gradevolissimo e molto disponibile. La posizione permette di raggiungere molte località della val d'Elsa e di Cecina, spaziando dall'arte, alla cultura al mare. Buono anche il livello di ristoranti limitrofi. Consigliato per chi cerca contatto con la natura , ama il bello e vuole rilassarsi davvero.
