« What a beautiful place! The views and surrounding area is just breathtaking and the home itself is utterly charming. It was a perfect, comfortable spot for my multi generational family, ranging from age 7 to 70, with rooms and bathrooms for all. I will dream of sitting in the back patio taking in the view - just incredible. Lorenza was lovely and welcoming. Definitely a place for animal lovers too, with lively pups and cats roaming - a very special place. »

"Notre chambre au premier étage n’a pas été rénovée récemment, plutôt de l’acabit d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Literie assez molle. La chambre et l’hôtel était très propre, le personnel aux petits soins. L’atout principal de cet hôtel est son emplacement ultra central et calme pour les chambres donnant sur la cour intérieure."

"I am very disappointed by the way this situation was handled. My wife required urgent medical care, and despite the circumstances, the hotel showed absolutely no flexibility or empathy. Beyond the strict cancellation policy, what was most shocking was the complete lack of assistance or concern during a real medical emergency. At no point did anyone offer practical help, such as calling an ambulance, assisting us, or even asking whether we needed support while rushing to the hospital in a foreign country. I understand that hotels have policies, but basic human consideration and customer care should come first in situations involving health emergencies. Unfortunately, this experience left us with the feeling that administrative rules mattered more than the wellbeing of guests."

"Hôtel agréable et idéalement situé car très central. Beaucoup de lieux d’intérêt à proximité à pied, de même qu’en station de métro. L’hôtel bénéficie également d’un parking. Petit déjeuné copieux et de qualité. Quelques cintres supplémentaires dans l’armoire (3 seulement prévus) et des patères dans l'entrée pour suspendre les manteaux seraient les bienvenus. Je recommande l’hôtel et y retournerai certainement."
