The apartment itself was clean. The check in was easy. There is a man on the property who helps and gives you the keys.
My first issue was the pool. The pool was out of order like not a drop of water in the pool. I was told “oh it will be ready next week”, which I wouldn’t be there for. I’m on vacation it’s my birthday, I filtered places with pools and boom I pay get there, and there is no pool ? Absolutely set my trip off completely wrong. There was multiple times the owner could’ve reached out to say hello the amenities are unavailable because yes ppl booked based on things like this.
Next issue, the internet! The problem internet did not work. No tv no WiFi no nothing! Two big tvs no use. The man on the property stated he doesn’t not use the WiFi does not know how it works and that he has never came to this issue. The owner who I guess he called over the phone seemed confused and was told unable to help. They stated they would call Flow company to come out. By the next afternoon still no WiFi.
When ppl are traveling and spending their hard earned money to stay somewhere it needs to have everything listed online ! There’s no way I should have flew from America to Jamaica for my BIRTHDAY and there was no pool, no WiFi !!!!!!!!!!
