„We were on bikes and Patrizia was very accommodating, letting us store them safely. Don’t let the exterior fool you, the flat is very updated, clean, has coffee, and a great terrace. A 10min walk to the historical area, cafes and grocery stores close by.“

„Massimo was a amazing Host, the apartment was centrally located, so much to see within walking distance, but remember this is the heart of the city, so be ready for noise and traffic“

Super !“

„Tolle gemütliche Wohnung, zentrale Lage und überaus angenehmer Vermieter. Nur Lob, keinerlei Beanstandungen. Von hier aus kann man Palermo genießen.“

„From check-in to check out our stay was amazing! The location was spectacular. The apartment was extremely clean. Our hosts could not have been more communicative and kind. Was amazing staying here.“

„Everything like grocery, pharmacy, parking, cafe bar, and restaurants.“

„Lovely apartment near one of the most happening streets in Palermo with great restaurants and shops. Apartment was small but cute and the bathroom was nice and modern. Very cute private outdoor patio. Lovely place!“

„This small apartment is perfectly appointed and perfectly located. It's a 3rd floor walk up, just a few buildings down from the famous Capo Market, toward the end, and a short walk to either the Palermo Cathedral or Teatro Massimo. The apartment is in a "real" Palermo neighborhood, not touristy - you'll hear the sounds of Italian wafting up through the back window from neighbors walking around (we were able to keep the window open for the entirety of our October stay, the weather was perfect). ...

„The property was right in the middle of the city center and was a walking distance to many sightseeing spots. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. One thing we should mention is that the properly description said the parking was on site, but there was no parking. It was extremely difficult to find a parking space on the street nearby. We had to drive around and walk almost 10 minutes to the properly each time. It was not easy with large suitcases. We did not hear ...

„Calogero is an incredibly warm person. Not only was he always available to answer questions, he also gave us lots of tips. What is worth visiting or where are good and cheap restaurants with local cuisine. The apartment matches the description. Everything was also very clean and well maintained. We would love to come back!!!!!“

„Location was about 15 minute walk to a nicer part of the city. Place was great for our family. WiFi was super slow. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was very nice.“

„This apartment overall was good and centrally located. For the price paid, it’s what you would expect. It was clean and had a private parking spot which you could pay for (25euro a day). We didn’t use the kitchen to cook but found it wasn’t very well equipped with supplies if you did want to cook your own food. Rooms were big and had great AC, but the apartment is definitely in need of some upkeep everywhere (loose/missing tiles, water damage on the wall, bathrooms left much to be desired). ...
