„Wir hatten das Appartement mit 250qm und Whirlpool . Es war genug Platz für 4 Personen und der Balkon war zum erholen wirklich riesig. Die Unterkunft hat alles parat gehabt und wenn wir was gebraucht haben, wurde es innerhalb von Minuten gebraucht. Sehr nette Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war sauber und ruhig. Einziger Nachteil ist das das Badezimmer das nicht ganz zur Optik der restlichen Unterkunft passte, da es sehr einfach aussieht und keine wohlfühlende Atmosphäre ...

„This holiday rental is unique: beautiful sea view, quiet location, large, clean, comfortable, large swimming pool with warm sea water, direct access to the sea. The owner lives below the residence, is very friendly and does not show himself, respects privacy. For less mobile people, the stairs to the pool might pose a problem. We recommend this stay without any hesitation!“

„We had a lovely few days at Penthouse Stoliv. Daniel welcomed us and made us feel as if nothing was too much bother. I would recommend taking a boat trip from the jetty, wandering around Kotor, walking up to the church on the hill above the house and going on the Kotor cable car. Also Restaurant Margarite a 10 minute walk away.“

The villa was ideal for two families with plenty of space and bedrooms, bathrooms, and two separate working kitchens. „We had a lovely stay. The house and location was perfect for us. Close to Herceg Novi but quiet location with stunning views and lovely pool. We loved Herceg Novi as quieter than Kotor and a great location for exploring the whole bay. Recommend the water taxi over to Rose Beach. Plus you have the best restaurant I think I have ever been to 5 mins walk- the old mill. Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday.“
