„This was a great little place to stay. In a wonderful location between Monterrey and Big Sur.The neighborhood is quiet and either the other units are silent or there is really great sound proofing as we never heard anyone else. There were cars so we know they weren't empty. The unit was very clean with plenty of towels as well as a blow dryer and an iron, also has an oscillating fan, I was very happy with that. Target is right across the way and we were able to get any items we forgot to bring ...

„The apartment was light, bright and clean. We liked the paint scheme and many large clean windows. The record player was fun. Super close to restaurants, shops and the ocean.We have grown accustomed to 11am checkouts at other places. The 10 am checkout surprised us because we didn't look at the checkout instructions until the morning of. So we had to scramble a little bit.“

„We have been visiting Seascape Resort as a family for years, and each time we stay at a different unit. This unit is by far our favorite. The decor is elegant and updated, and there is plenty of space and storage for everyone to spread out. I would suggest including some beach toys, or chairs so that guests can use those while they stay, and a few more kitchen items (large bowls, cooking dishes, seasonings), but other than that we are very happy with our stay. “

„Amazing atmosphere and very kind hosts, one thing to note, and honestly wasn’t too big of a deal but if you’re planning on sleeping in, there are kids and you are below them so it can get a little loud in the mornings; which is not a big deal at all because it is pretty clearly communicated, it just is something to note; they are very accommodating as well, overall a wonderful experience and will most likely be back“
