« This was a great little place to stay. In a wonderful location between Monterrey and Big Sur.The neighborhood is quiet and either the other units are silent or there is really great sound proofing as we never heard anyone else. There were cars so we know they weren't empty. The unit was very clean with plenty of towels as well as a blow dryer and an iron, also has an oscillating fan, I was very happy with that. Target is right across the way and we were able to get any items we forgot to bring...

« The apartment was light, bright and clean. We liked the paint scheme and many large clean windows. The record player was fun. Super close to restaurants, shops and the ocean.We have grown accustomed to 11am checkouts at other places. The 10 am checkout surprised us because we didn't look at the checkout instructions until the morning of. So we had to scramble a little bit. »

« The studio apartment at Barlocker’s Ranch was perfect for our quick visit to Salinas. It was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed walking our dog around the property. Samantha, the host who we met upon arrival, was incredibly kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. All communication with the hosts was clear with quick responses. We hope to return in the near future. »

« The property is as described in this VRBO listing. The property location is very residential and amazing. A short walk both to the beach and to downtown with lots of restaurant choices. We were very happy with our stay on Fountain Ave! »

« Visiting family in Carmel and found this amazing property last minute! From the check in process, communication leading up to our visit, and the property itself everything was 5 - and the location! Best location with off street parking! Will definitely be back and (reluctantly) shared this property with my family! Just hoping they dont book the week I want next year! »

« What a fabulous stay we had! Even before arrival Jane reached out to give us the details on where to park, etc. Once we arrived Jane promptly showed us the beautiful penthouse. A perfect place for 2 couples to stay! The view was absolutely lovely and we walked everywhere!We had dinner at the Porch the first night and enjoyed it so much that we cancelled our reservation for the following night in Pebble Beach and enjoyed dinner #2 at...The Porch! « We stayed at Mary’s for a month waiting for our new condo to be painted, etc. it was a convenient and beautiful location.Mary is a gracious hostess and v friendly. Her room cleaner was not v thorough; we found a used water bottle under the bed and kitchen/bath area under table dirty. I should have mentioned that to Mary. “ Kitchen” and cooking items were great, except there was no sharp knife or cutting board. I pointed that out to Mary. We would definitely stay there again. »
