General Airbnb Rules

It is mandatory to read the rules before making a reservation.

1. The property must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2. Loud noise is prohibited, especially after 10 pm. A fine will be imposed after the first warning.
3. Only registered guests and visitors notified to the host will be granted access. For security and building access, each guest and visitor must present an official ID that matches the information provided in the Airbnb chat upon arrival at the building.
4. Parties and walking around the apartment with open alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
5. Eating and/or drinking on sofas and beds is prohibited. If they get dirty, additional cleaning or replacement charges will apply.
6. Charges will apply for towels and/or sheets if they are stained, such as from makeup or other substances.
7. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
8. Any damage to furniture and/or inventory must be reported to the host as soon as possible.
9. Only the assigned parking spot can be used.
10. The air conditioners must be turned off when leaving the apartment.
11. Pets are prohibited. If it is a service animal, it must be approved by the host.
12. The amenity rules must be respected.
13. Keys and/or cards must be left in the place indicated by the host.

Building and Amenity Rules

1. Be respectful to security guards and neighbors.
2. The common areas of the building must be respected, and the guest will be financially responsible for any damage caused.
3. The specific rules of each area must be followed, as indicated in the photos of the listing. Failure to do so may result in an economic fine for the department, which the guest must cover.

Fines

Violating any point of the above rules may result in fines starting at $1,500 MXN.

- Stained sofa, rug, or mattress: $2,500 MXN, as quoted by the ChemDry cleaning company. If the stain is not removed, the full cost of the item will be charged.
- Stained linens: Value of the item + $250 MXN replacement cost.
- Damage or loss of furniture and inventory: Value of the item (If not reported to the host, an additional $500 MXN investigation fee will apply).
- Property damage: Material cost + labor cost + $1,500.00 MXN for repair time.
- Lost keys and/or cards: $500 MXN replacement fee.
